Common questions

What happens if I hit 20 teammates on Free?

Nothing breaks. The 21st person still joins. Owners and admins see a banner asking them to upgrade to Pro for $5/mo; editors and viewers see a quieter note. We never fail an invite to force an upgrade — if a teammate can't get in, that kills adoption.

Why is this so cheap?

Most competitors charge $4–8 per seat per month. We don't, because making your whole team use it is the point. Pricing per-seat means the person trying to get adoption is the same person arguing with finance about headcount. That kills the product.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes — month-to-month. No annual lock-in unless you pick the yearly plan to save 20%.

What does Team add?

A claimed-domain sign-in policy, org-level controls, and invoice billing on request. It is still self-serve.

How is SlashGo different from Bitly or Dub?

SlashGo is team navigation: go/docs, go/okrs, go/oncall. It is built around memorable internal paths, org membership, browser resolution, and team adoption.
