What happens if I hit 20 teammates on Free?
Nothing breaks. The 21st person still joins. You'll just see a banner asking you to upgrade to Team for $5/mo. We'd rather your whole team actually use the tool than lose adoption over a billing technicality.
Why are these prices so cheap?
SlashGo is part of CosmicGlue — a small studio priced to cover the servers, not to fund a growth team. Most competitors charge per user. We don't, because making your whole team use it is the point.
What about shortlinks for marketing?
Not our thing. SlashGo is for internal team navigation (go/docs, go/okrs) — not public short URLs with QR codes and UTM tracking. Use Bitly or Dub for that.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, month-to-month. No annual lock-in unless you pick the yearly plan to save 20%.
